I meditate and work with my pendulum. I always sage it and ask it to only show a yes once all distortion is cleared away. Then I ask it to show me yes, no, unclear or maybe, wrong question, and emotionally charged answers. I’m telling you from the heart, please don’t ask about the future.

Set aside the distractions and come back to your core. Feel the energy that holds and flows through you. You are always connected to your higher power you just need to remember to stay present with it. From there, you might choose to rest in that sense of warmth and healing, or perhaps begin a conversation from your heart. A helpful suggestion: spend a little more time listening and sensing.
