Shadow work has felt so essential on my journey. I often wonder, what does it look like in practice? For me, it beegins with daily journaling about my feelings, along with energy healing, meditation, and support from therapists and coaches. It's about gently letting those long held emotions from childhood rise to the surface, giving them space to be healed. I notice it’s a gradual process and asks for steady effort. And I’ve found it feels most balanced when paired with light work and staying grounded.
