I’ve had this pressure on my forehead off and on for a few years now. It feels like a dull ache right between my eyebrows. I think it started when I was looking into the Third Eye chakra online. I found the idea interesting and tried some things without really knowing what I was doing.
I focused only on that one chakra and didn’t pay attention to the others. Looking back, I realize that was probably a mistake. I was just curious and didn’t have much guidance. For a long time I didn’t do anything about the discomfort because I was worried I might make it worse.
Now it’s been about five years and I’d like to find a way to ease this feeling. I’m hoping someone can share some simple steps or basic advice that might help. I’m not looking for anything complicated, just something easy to follow for a beginner.
