So, whenever I spot a Scorpio rising, I kind of get the feeling there's been some real tough stuff in their past. I'm actually raising two Scorpio risings myself, and my husband's one too. All three of them had pretty rough childhoods some due to family issues, others because of school. The silver lining, though? They're all headed for a bright future ahead.
