Oh, I've walked that path a few times myself. It's a really tough, dark road, let me tell you. Eventually, you come to see that your ego is actually important for your overall well being it does bounce back, even after every little death it goes through.
You really can't get by without your ego; it's more about making sure it doesn't get out of hand, you know?
Right now, I'm kinda like, What in the world am I? I wouldn't recommend that journey to anyone, haha 😜
It's super important to remember that you're always growing into a new you. Always. Just try to guide that growth in the best way you can with what you've learned so far.
What does it feel like? Hmm, a kinda unsettling way to describe it would be to spend five days in a psych ward. That'll show you more than you ever thought possible.
That's not really a fair suggestion, since you can't just do that, but honestly, it was the most humbling experience of my life. And I've been there more than once.
There are scary tales and incredibly beautiful ones too. You learn so much about people both the everyday folks and those who have that special spark in them.
Stay humble. Always.
