I’ve been meditating for a good while now, and honestly, I still find it tricky to fully clear my mind. But something really interesting has started happening lately. I’ve been yawning like crazy during my sessions—I’m talking maybe ten times a minute sometimes! The weird part is, I don’t feel tired at all when I sit down. I’ve tried meditating at different times of day, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I’ve heard that a lot of yawning can be a sign your vibrations are rising, like your body is just adjusting to a new energetic flow. That idea really got me thinking! I’m a Reiki Master, and after I finished my Level 3 training, I noticed something similar. During treatments, I’d catch myself yawning a ton and even drawing symbols with the tip of my nose without meaning to. It reminded me of how Esther Hicks first started communicating with Abraham—she’d draw letters with her nose and yawn a lot in the beginning. Kind of wild, right?
Even though I sometimes feel pretty drained after these sessions, I keep at it with my meditation and clearing exercises. I’m just so curious if anyone else has gone through something like this.
