What does seeing bright white and pink light during meditation mean?

hey everyone! 👋 new to the group! been going thru a big spiritual shift for like 3 months now. my journey started ages ago (15 yrs lol) but lately I’m all about god, faith, love... esp self-love 😌 also lowkey obsessed w the pineal gland/third eye research.

tbh i just rly wanna connect w myself & god, so I’m meditating & letting go a ton. the more I let go, the deeper it gets?? sometimes feels like I’m entering another dimension 😳 i see colors, orbs, moving shapes... get messages about healing too.

ok so recently meditating & saw this huge pink oval light 💗 then it shifted to the brightest white light EVER. felt like I was inside it?! huge wave of excitement & peace but also a bit scared ngl 😬 never felt that before & I kinda freaked & kicked myself out (prob the fear tbh).

since I’m new to this side of things, idk what the light means or the shapes/colors... i just go w it & let whatever happen. but fr I’m confused 😅 not sure how to progress or what to do w all this! idk even what to ask, just felt like sharing & getting some feedback. ty for listening ❤️🙏

I cannot see colors, but I have discovered that my daughter can. Electronics often go haywire around me, and I long to understand why I see shooting stars nearly three times a week. There are other things, too...

Your heart is in the right place, but this is where so many seekers drift off! They move away from God and faith... and into psychic stuff. That light you feel?
