Can certain entities really protect me from negative spirits?

I've always wondered about this! Do spirit guides or guardian angels actually protect us from negative or evil spirits? I'm really curious to hear what others think about this idea. Please share your thoughts or experiences below!

I always make sure to protect myself before any meditation. I simply picture a strong, unbreakable bubble of white light surrounding me completely. This gives me a wonderful feeling of safety and always brings a rush of positive energy. I do the same for my children, visualizing that same protective light around them too. I always say that no harm will come in and no harm will go out. It makes the whole experience feel secure and uplifting.

oh man, i had something happen a little while back that totally made me think about this haha. so there i was, just having a normal kinda dream, right? and i'm in this graveyard but it's not scary or anything cuz this super calm young woman is walking around with a little lantern just like glowing softly you know she seemed so peaceful and serene that it all just felt safe somehow, i was just happy hanging there with her watchin.

but then i'm lying asleep in bed for real for real , s on my head hits the pillow real but stuff feels off ; , cuz out of nowhere some heavy force starts trying so dang hard to yank me awake while this brutal scary sound just swirls around all heavy in my ears I was, getting super freaked out not gonna lie 😱 hands shook weird (or something)

but no joke as soon as my eyes actually finally pop open all wide n panicky, í can just sense this solid rock-protecting kinda presence sit up nign squeeze against my bed frame warm and safe so darn clear friendly , imean i T " . yo, something somehow honestly & physically could breathe AGA,. i automatically KNOW He'd help while it sorts shakes g us- ^ oh definitely::I**He( ☔ cool vibes, voice took it up nod's & told me" we run fully tomorrow some protection walls backup goes lil baby(he he <3 was straight

I remember the first time I seriously opened myself up to spirit communication. It felt like stepping into a new room where the lights were low, and every sound made me pause. My heart raced as one of these energies pressed forward, but before I could feel afraid, my guides arrived swiftly and calmly. The negative energy simply dissolved, as if a hand had brushed away cobwebs. That left me wondering for a long time afterward why it had happened at all.

Later, I had a conversation with my guide about spirit attachments. I learned that a spirit can latch onto your energy knowingly or unknowingly, and these attachments can be positive, negative, or simply neutral like a visitor passing through. But I asked why negative attachments are even possible if we have guides guarding us. My guide explained it in a way that clicked. She compared it to encountering a difficult person in life; you often learn important lessons by standing up for yourself. The same principle applies in the unseen world. Guides do not remove every shadow because facing darkness cleans your own eyes. Mostly these experiences show up as emotional struggles rather than literal monsters form, like old fears and instinctual dread running wild. It becomes your task to confront that bully just barely visible by the campfire, understanding your growth by learning to look it in the eye. Encouragingly, my guide implied that humor counts too. There were smaller fuzzy moments after this trouble where kitchen lights flickered and I'd joke to step back—and it felt livelier but managed kept lightweight even glowing.

Looking back now, I know my own doubts played a big part that second night. We wait for imaginary frightening states partly to d fake doorway trouble to hear itself resolve walking right forward toward light equally curious comfortable welcoming stranger respect no fear needed maybe bigger grasp once alone remembering unprot floor child brightening world full guard quiet room loving curious past ordinary song stars nearly asking trust direction calmly remain sure gently breathe shaping every place onward while talk hopeful too known onward beginning morning ready line tune faint breeze. It helps really.
