Ever feel like you’re trying to read a book where the pages keep shuffling themselves? That’s kind of what thinking about this stuff is like for me. So, here’s my attempt to explain it without my brain leaking out of my ears. (No promises!)
We all have this mix of energy, right? But it’s not just one thing. There’s the physical, the mental, and the… well, the weirder, metaphysical kind. And they don’t stay in neat little boxes. They like to spill over into each other, like a cosmic coffee stain on the blueprint of you. The “recipe” for how much of each kind you have seems to change depending on… well, everything. Who you are, what you’re doing, even what “layer” of reality you’re poking at. It’s never static.
Then there are chakras. I used to think of them just as little energy processors, taking stuff in and sending it out. But it’s more like they’re also builders. They take the raw material from your soul and make your own personalized “core energy,” but they’re also grabbing bits and pieces from the energy floating around everywhere else. It’s a full-time construction and recycling job!
This is where it gets funny (or annoying, depending on the day). Because of all this energy traffic, we build shields. Sometimes we do it on purpose, sometimes our brain just slaps one up automatically because it senses a weird vibe. The automatic ones? Usually a good call. The ones we build consciously? We can really mess that up. If we get spooked and start walling off energy we think is dangerous (but isn’t), we can accidentally brick up our own plumbing. Been there, done that, got the psychic headache to prove it.
What’s wild is that you can see this drama play out in real-time in the aura. It’s not a fixed painting; it’s more like a live weather map of your energy, changing with your mood, your thoughts, who you’re talking to. There’s the surface layer that kinda bounces things back, and then the deeper, internal layers where the real work happens. Getting those confused is a surefire way to get your signals crossed.
Personally, my own “sensors” are a bit… unconventional. I don’t “see” colors or hear hums like some folks describe. For me, it’s more like sensing textures, densities, and pressures in the space around me. It’s less about pretty lights and more about navigating by feeling the “shape” of the energy. Makes it hard to explain, but it gets the job done!
Anyway, that’s my rambling two cents. It’s all super messy and personal, and half the time I feel like I’m just making it up as I go along. But hey, that’s part of the fun, right? Would love to hear how any of this lands for you guys, or if your experience is totally different!
