Should I pay my Libra ex back or block him for asking?

Hey, so I need some advice dealing with a Libra man. I talked to one about a year ago. Long story short, we stopped talking earlier this February. I guess the Capricorn new moon is making him crawl out of the woodwork to ask for money he spent while we were dating, like seven months ago. As a Taurus, I’m honestly offended he’d even ask. Part of me wans to just block him, and the other part wants to pay him whatever just for my pride’s sake. How crazy do Libra men get, though? He knows where I live 😳 like if this was an Aries or Scorpio, I’d be done for, but I really don’t know what Libra men are capable of.

They're capable of a lot of nagging bluster. They avoid confrontation but love to be petty. He'll probably just annoy you to death asking for his money back. Honestly, as an Aries, I'd suggest telling him you aren't responsible for what he spent his money on while you were dating, and it's not your financial responsibility to pay him back for stuff he bought when you were together. You didn't have any financial contracts saying you'd pay him back if the relationship didn't work out, and he needs to grow up... and then I'd block him.
