I’ve noticed that many people experience tingling sensations during meditation, and I’d like to share some insights from my own journey facilitating group meditations. These sensations can be quite common and are often a sign that your body is embracing healing energy. I’ve found that tingling, especially in the hands or feet, can indicate that you’re tuning into a spiritual presence, like angels or guides, who are offering support during your practice.
Sometimes, warmth on the shoulders or back can suggest that you’re being wrapped in loving energy, perhaps from angels drawing near. You might also feel pressure at the back of your head, which could mean your crown chakra or third eye is opening—allowing you to connect more deeply with your intuition or higher self.
Remember, these experiences are unique to you, and there’s no need to fear them. Instead, embrace them as beautiful signs of your growth. Let the energy flow freely, as resistance can sometimes block the full benefits of your meditation. Celebrate the journey and trust that your practice is guiding you exactly where you need to be. Wishing you continued peace and joy on your path! 😊
