Why do I get headaches when trying to communicate with my spirit guide?

I’ve been trying to connect with my spirit guide lately, but every time I attempt it, I end up with a headache. It’s been frustrating because I really want to make progress, but the headaches make me stop. When I’m really relaxed and focus on communicating, I feel a shift in my energy, like my vibrations are changing. Sometimes I even see little manifestations, like a flicker of light or a shadow out of the corner of my eye.

The weird part is, the other day I wasn’t even trying to connect, and I still got this really bad headache. I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence or if it’s somehow related. I don’t usually get headaches, so it’s making me think this is all connected to my attempts to communicate with my spirit guide.
