Seeing blue light flashes – spiritual or health issue?

Hello everyone, I'm new here and not entirely sure where to post this, but I hope it's the right place. I've been spiritually aware for about 10 years now, though I don't really see or hear spirits directly. Instead, I've always had a strong "knowing" about things. Lately, though, I've been experiencing these random flashes of blue light in my vision. They're usually near the ground and happen out of nowhere. It's a bit puzzling, and I'm hoping it's not something to do with my eyesight, as that would be a bit worrying. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? I'd love to hear your thoughts or any similar experiences you might have had. Thanks in advance! 😊

I was meditating near my laptop when I saw these flashes of white and gold light—it was kind of like lightning. After that, my phone went completely blank, my webcam stopped working, and both devices died instantly. It’s been happening pretty often, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’ve also had a similar experience with the blue light flash. It’s quite strange and only lasts for a split second. The color is vividly blue, and within that brief moment, I notice something more—there are lines or patterns visible in the flash. It’s difficult to put into words, but it almost looks like a complex, intricate design forming within the light. I've been seeing these flashes of blue, purple, and white light lately. Sometimes they’re super quick, other times they linger for a second or two. I’ve even seen them with my eyes closed, which is kinda weird. I don’t know if it’s something spiritual, like angels or something, but it feels… meaningful, you know?
