As you hold that focus, your mind might wander and that’s totally okay, honey. Let it drift don’t fight it. When your mind meanders, and you’re no longer resisting but just letting it be…then ever so gently bring your focus back to that one special thing. After a while, it starts to feel like your mind is just doing its thing, emotions float by like clouds, and your one focus stays steady while everything else passes gently by. And that’s exactly where you want to be, isn’t it?
