Why do people seem to hate Virgos so much?

Hey, anyone know why Virgos get such a bad rap sometimes? I honestly don't get it. Would love to hear your personal stories or thoughts if you've actually had experience with us Virgos.

Man, Virgos can really go either way depending on their other signs, huh? We’re all about fixing and correcting things, but how we do that can be totally different like, I knew a Virgo sun with a Leo moon who was a total know it all and had this brash, obnoxious way of talking that just didn’t click with me.
On the flip side, Virgos with a solid moon, mercury, and mars combo can be some of the kindest, most helpful people ever. But if they’ve got tough aspects or placements? Yeah, they’re probably gonna be pretty obnoxious. Honestly, it feels like there’s almost no middle ground sometimes 😂

I think, in my case, a lot of times people have mistaken my kindness for weakness, and the mocking and ridiculing even started right in front of others, so that's when I just sort of distanced myself and stopped providing all that help, and then, well, voila, I became the hated one instead, doesn't that just figure, from a September Virgo.

Huh, you know, it's funny how life works out sometimes. My first boyfriend was a Virgo, and honestly? Total cheater. Just... yeah, not great, pretty awful, really.

But then there’s my Virgo fiancé now. Wow. He’s something else so amazing. A great dad, you know? Super smart, a little on the nerdy side, which I love, and so loyal. He’s just... great. 🙂 Kinda makes you wonder about all those zodiac signs, doesn't it?

Hey, I've shared my story in the group already, so I won't type it all out again! 🙂 I had two Virgo exes and some tough experiences there. I don't think they're a worse sign, though. With my past trauma, I'm just more guarded around Virgos that's my emotional side talking. But in my head, I know everyone's different!

I'm not sure if any sign is truly most hated, or most loved for that matter I can't think of one sign that gets especially praised above all others. But I've noticed the algorithms sometimes show me a lot of dislike aimed at my own sign.

Virgo can be nitpicky and perfectionist, in ways that aren’t as universally on point as they might think, and sometimes they’re mean about it, or just blunt. But every sign is annoying and disagreeable in its own way, and also a helpful energy in other ways. I would guess a lot oof the resentment toward Virgo comes from people receiving criticism that feels unnecessary, or is taken that way.

i also think when you're dealing with a sign that's super smart. but if the person born under it uses those smarts to be hurtful, that's what makes people feel like it's the worst. 'cause an intelligent person using that for evil is basically a narcissist, and any narcissist under any sign is gonna make you feel like that sign is the worst. dealing with one is seriously traumatizing. it takes time to heal. you can't just convince people with worsd how different you are you gotta give them a better experience.

It's not in our nature to sugarcoat things. Most people want to be sugarcoated or even lied to. We're reserved until we get to know someone, so that can come off as standoffish. I've also learned that when we are nice, it can seem fake. We notice things others are oblivious to, and when we point them out, it makes us the bad guy.

My mother was a Virgo. My youngest daughter is a Virgo. They are both silly. My mother has passed away. She enjoyed playing jokes on everyone. My daughter is the same. You cannot make them act seriously unless they are angry.

I don't dislike any zodiac sign, really it's just not fair to make blanket statements. But I've noticed that with some Virgo placements, a person might get a bit too critical or only show love under certain conditions.
I will say, though, the way they show they care by doing things for you that's actually pretty sweet.

Virgos are by far not the most hated sign. As a Virgo, you comment on more Virgo posts in this group, so Facebook keeps showing you posts about Virgos. Since most posts here are negative, you end up seeing mostly negative things about your own sign. This happens to everyone, and then they all think they're the most hated. That would be Gemini.

I've commented on many posts saying how much I love Virgos and that they're my favorite sign. That would be my mom and my best friend. I love that Virgos push me to be better and keep me on task. My Scorpio sun and stel lium make me high speed like that, but sometimes my Taurus moon pulls me into comfort mode. Virgos keep me motivated.

My husband has a Virgo sun and rising, and my baby sister is a Virgo too! I'm a Virrgo rising myself. Honestly, my biggest gripe with my Virgos is how they sometimes don't listen until much later, when they finally reach the same conclusion I came to weeks ago. It makes me smile just thinking about it! But I truly adore my Virgos calling them misunderstood doesn't even cover it. My Virgos are real sweethearts; they just might seem a bit unlikable until you really get to know one.

Honestly, I've been a perfectionist my whole life, with crazy attention to detail.

I'm really hard on myself, and sometimes on others too. I really don't like my Virgo side it can be a lot! I wish I was more laid back.

I don't hate them. Most of my close friends are Virgos. But I understand. Why are they not liked so much? They carry an air. I'm better than everyone else. Do they mean to? Or not? They express it. In their mannerisms. In their expectations from friends. But I can deal with that.

So, I’m an Aries sun! I once dated this Virgo who was all about meal prep seriously, that came before hanging out with me on weekends, haha! He was a total control freak, and honestly? I just couldn’t handle it, it was way too much for me.

But my boyfriend now we’ve been together a year he’s a Virgo sun too! And he’s just amazing. Virgo is like the universe’s helper, right? And luckily, he’s really evolved as a Virgo. All he wants is to take care of me! He looks after me, gets my needs and feelings it’s so sweet. And here I am with my Aries energy, trying to give back the same way, but I struggle to match his level, honestly!

The only thing that drives me nuts? His Virgo sun and Capricorn rising combo. Like, if someone cracks a joke on TV or something, he’ll start explaining why it’s factually wrong… and I’m just like, “Babe, it’s a joke! 😂”

I know two Virgos well and care for them deeply. One is my father, who is the kindest and most honest person I know. He has a gentle nature. My friend, also a Virgo, is similar. I do not understand the criticism either. It often comes from hurt individua ls sharing personal negative experiences with specific people. They then generalize to an entire zodiac sign to present their view as factual. I aim to be precise. I only share my own experiences rather than claiming all people of a sign act a certain way.
